InCat 7040
Feature
InCat 7040 is unblocked strong acid catalyst based on para-tolunene sulfonic acid which is dissovling in
isoprpanol. InCat 7040 boosts the crosslinking of amino resin and polymers with hydroxly, carboxyl
functionality. It will significantly accellerate curing rate and subsequently minimize energy consumption.

Solubility
Soluble in water, alcohols, ketones, esters, glycols, glycol esters; insoluble in aromatic/alphatic hydrocarbon.

Shelf life
2 years when stored at room temperature in the original container.
Addition and Dosage
Pre-diluted with alcohols or directly added into formulation with adequate stirring. Recommended
dosage is 0.5 – 2% based on the amount of resin solids.

Wearing safety gogles and gloves when handling InCat 7040. Store it at room temperture. For more
